Hi. I am 25 years old a student and I work as a security guard. I currently reside in Colorado which is where I have lived most of my life. I was diagnosed as bipolar about 8 or 9 years ago. I first was misdiagnosed with Unipolar Depression and some kind of paranoia disorder. I have taken many meds... I am currently on 5. The combo makes me pretty stable although I still have my moments.

I have stayed out of the hospital for over 3 years which I am proud of. Bipolar has caused me many misadventures. I have done many bad things, especially when manic. Luckily I have some control over it now instead of it controlling me.

I enjoy several activities that take my mind off bipolar and life. I'm a Storm-Chaser, spending lots of time on the Great Plains. I like Roller Hockey and have the bruises to prove it. I like to read and not just psychology textbooks (my major).
